Dave's Review

I'll be perfectly honest: we got this movie because it had a guy on the front with a S&M-style leather mask on. Of course, we named him The Gimp in honor of the similarly-clad individual in Pulp Fiction.
We didn't expect this movie to be great. Heck, we didn't even expect it to be good. But we were pleasantly surprised that it was rather fun. The characters were believable and likeable. And for once, there was a police detective with a brain in his head. It's not perfect, but it's a lot better than I was fearing.

Jim's Review

As David will tell you, we rented this movie only because it had a person in a Gimp Mask on the cover. So I cannot say we went into this expecting much more than seeing some one that looked like the Gimp From Pulp Fiction. I can say the movie was not a waste of rental money. It was nothing special, sort of your standard Drama/mystery/detective story. In fact it was a perfectly generic drama/mystery/detective story, some one dies, you eventually find out who the murderer is, blah blah blah, but it also had a gimp mask, so it was a little better than most. If you like drama/mystery/detective stories, or you really have your heart set on seeing a Gimp mask in a movie, this is the movie for you, otherwise you are better off going with something different.
