Voodoo Academy Review

Voodoo Academy came out in 2000 and was directed by the ever-cat-like David DeCoteau. We have used science (and possibly the box cover) to determine that this movie fits perfectly into the "Homoerotic Horror" genre.

During the time we had our polls open, 333 goat-fucking viewers just like you weighed in on Voodoo Academy. 213 of 'em thought it was great! 120 thought it was shit. Takes all kinds.

This is a Dave and Jim's B-Movie Review. This review was written some time between 1996 and 2001. Once you've sucked the marrow from this one, you can head back to the full list to pick another review for savoring. Do it again and again.

Dave's Review

This is a first for us: a horror movie featuring the male body rather than the female. What the hell, I give them props for that. Sadly, did not feature Debra Mayer squating on a dildo as the box cover would have had us believe. Very disappointed.

Dave broke it down like so: Technology: 1 Action: 3 Nudity: 5 Coolness: 4 Badguys: 7 Gore: 6 Shock: 4 Dialog: 3 Post-Nuke?: No Music: 5 Plot: 5 Length: Short Overall: 6
